This 1.5-hour introductory workshop offers emerging adults a rare permission to pause and ask: Who am I becoming? What truly matters to me now? Through guided reflection, meaningful conversation, and a focused core values exploration, participants take an honest look at where they are in this pivotal moment — including the pressures, expectations, and possibilities they may be carrying.
Together, we shift the focus from simply finding a job to intentionally building a life and career rooted in purpose and alignment. Participants leave with greater self-awareness, clearer values, and a steadier inner compass for navigating the decisions ahead.

Career & Life Satisfaction from the Beginning
This workshop is for young people (in their 20’s) who are looking for clarity on how to set themselves up for a meaningful and purposeful career and life. It offers foundational exploration that is often skipped in the transition of college to career.
When we don’t take the time early in our life to figure out what is really important to us, what we really care about, we often find ourselves down a path that was never really of our true choosing. Eventually, without this foundation, we can feel stuck or trapped somewhere that we know we shouldn’t be but don’t know how to free ourselves from.
The goal of this workshop is to walk out feeling a sense of empowerment to follow your own wisdom toward a meaningful career path and a satisfying life.
