WORKSHOPS
Transitions are hard, and having support makes all the difference. My workshops create space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most — so you can move forward with clarity and intention.
Each workshop below is available as a standalone offering or as part of an ongoing series.
June Workshops:
PATHFINDER: BEYOND THE DEGREE:
Pathfinder: Beyond the Degree
Clarity and alignment for what comes next
Graduation is exciting — and often disorienting. This workshop gives emerging adults a rare permission to pause and ask: What truly matters to me? What kind of life do I want to live?
Through guided reflection, meaningful conversation, and a focused values exploration, participants take an honest look at where they are in this pivotal moment — the pressures, expectations, and possibilities they may be carrying. We shift the focus from simply finding a job to intentionally building a life rooted in purpose. Participants leave with greater self-awareness, clearer values, and a steadier inner compass for the decisions ahead.
For emerging adults navigating the transition out of college.

Pathfinder: Early Career Foundations
Career and life satisfaction from the beginning
For young adults in their 20s who want to set themselves up for a meaningful, purposeful career — not just a paycheck. This workshop offers the foundational self-exploration that often gets skipped in the rush from college to career.
When we don't take time early on to understand what we truly value and care about, we can find ourselves far down a path we never consciously chose. This workshop helps you connect with your own wisdom so you can build a career and life that actually fits — before feeling stuck becomes the catalyst.
For young professionals looking to build from the inside out.
Rooted: Becoming a Parent Without Losing Yourself
Finding your footing in the transition to parenthood
Becoming a parent is one of the most profound identity shifts a person can experience. Alongside the joy, there's often grief, overwhelm, and a quiet question: Where did I go?
This workshop creates space for new parents to reconnect with themselves — their values, needs, and sense of self — as they step into this new role. Through reflection and community, participants leave with tools to show up for their family without losing themselves in the process.
For new and expectant parents navigating the early seasons of parenthood.
Grounded: Finding Yourself in the Midst of Neurodiverse Parenting
Sustaining yourself while supporting your kid
Parenting a neurodiverse child is a full-time act of love — and it can quietly deplete you. This workshop is designed specifically for parents who spend so much energy advocating, coordinating, and adapting that their own wellbeing falls off the list entirely.
We explore what it means to find balance not by doing less, but by reconnecting with your own identity, values, and needs alongside your caregiving role. You cannot pour from an empty cup — this workshop helps you find the refill.
For parents of children with ADHD, autism, learning differences, and other neurodiverse profiles.
Steady: Parenting Through the Hard Seasons
Balance and self-care when your child is struggling
When your child is facing a chronic health condition, mental health challenges, or a difficult period, it's natural to put yourself last. But sustained caregiving without self-renewal takes a toll — on your health, your relationships, and your ability to be present.
This workshop offers parents a dedicated space to step back, breathe, and tend to themselves. We work through values-based reflection to help you identify what you need, what you're carrying that isn't yours, and how to build a more sustainable rhythm — even in hard circumstances.
For parents supporting children through illness, mental health challenges, or ongoing struggles.
